Opening Ceremony of the FIPS-Mouche World Fly Fishing Championships
On Monday the 27th of June at Storstua Koppang, the Organising Committee warmly welcomes competitors, officials, volunteers, sponsors and spectators to the Opening Ceremony of the 11th FIPS-Mouche World Masters Fly Fishing Championship and the 5th FIPS-Mouche World Ladies Fly Fishing Championship.
The Opening Ceremony marks the official start of an exciting week of international fly fishing in one of Norway’s most spectacular natural environments. Teams from around the world will gather to celebrate friendship, sportsmanship and a shared passion for fly fishing before the competition begins.
The ceremony will include the traditional Parade of Nations, official speeches from championship representatives and local authorities, cultural entertainment and the formal opening of the championships. It is an opportunity for competitors and visitors alike to experience the unique hospitality and traditions of the Engerdal region.
